FR-Ⅲ矫治早期骨性Ⅲ类错的唇部与硬组织变化及垂直向相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨Frankel功能矫治器(FR-Ⅲ)矫治早期骨性Ⅲ类错的唇部与硬组织变化及垂直向的相关性。方法:选择18例早期骨性Ⅲ类错患者,采用FR-Ⅲ进行矫治,对矫治前后的软硬组织头影测量值进行统计分析。结果:SNB、L1/MP减小(P<0.05),ANB、A-PTV、Go-Me、U1E-PTV增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。下唇厚度增加,LL-EP减小(P<0.05)。上唇厚度的变化与倾斜角、上切牙以及上颌第一磨牙的牙槽高度呈负相关(r=-0.645,P<0.05;r=-0.662,P<0.05;r=-0.875,P<0.01),下唇厚度的变化与倾斜角、上切牙以及上颌第一磨牙的牙槽高度呈正相关(r=0.755,P<0.05;r=0.651,P<0.05;r=0.945,P<0.01);上唇倾角的变化与上颌第一磨牙牙槽高度呈正相关(r=0.721,P<0.05)。结论:唇部形态随着硬组织的变化而趋于协调,唇部厚度与牙齿位置改变密切相关。Objective.To analyze vertical correlation of the changes of hard tissues and lips in patients skeletal Ⅲ malocclusion after FR-Ⅲ therapy. Methods： Eighteen patients in pubertal growth spurt skeletal Ⅲ malocclusion were selected, treated with FR-Ⅲ functional regulator appliance. Pre- and with with post- cephalometric analysis was performed. Results： ANB, A-PTV, Go-Me and UIE-PTV increased and SNB, L1/MP decreased significantly, which indicated that the mandible rotated clockwisely, and the inhibition of mandible forward growth was not significant. Significant correlation was found between changes of hard tissue and lips. The thickness of the upper lip would be compensatory thinner after clockwise rotation of the mandible and forward movement of upper incisors, whereas the lower lip got thicker. Conclusion： After the treatment, the profile of the patients became more attractive. There was significant correlation between the changes of teeth and lips.
