摘  要:为了解优秀男子押加运动员髋关节肌群用力的生物力学特征,以4名优秀押加运动员为研究对象,采用ISOMED 2003等速系统对其髋关节肌群在60°/s向心收缩速度下的生物力学特征进行测试分析。结果显示:从总体上看,优秀押加运动员髋关节两侧伸肌肌力均显著大于同侧屈肌,两侧伸肌肌力发展比较均衡,而两侧屈肌肌力的均衡性还有待加强;而从个体的角度分析,拥有较高的相对峰值力矩和适当的屈肌相对峰值力矩,髋关节两侧同名肌比值控制在0.9-1.1之间和两侧屈伸肌肌力比值控制在0.4-0.52之间是冠军运动员髋关节肌群所具有的特征。结论:髋关节伸肌肌力的大小、两侧同名肌肌力与同侧屈伸肌肌力是否能协调发展是影响押加运动员成绩的重要因素。With four excellent male Yajia athletes as subjects, the present study adopts ISOMED 2003 isokinetic system to test and analyze the hip muscles biomechanical characteristics of excellent male Yajia athletes given the concentric contraction at 60°/s. Results : generally, the strength of the extensors on both sides of hip joints for excellent male Yajia athletes is significantly greater than that of ipsilateral flexor; individually, the hip muscles biomechanical characteristics of champion athletes is not only reflected by a higher relative peak torque and an appropriate flexor relative peak torque, but it is indicated by the ratio control of 0.9 - 1. lfor the same muscle on both sides of hip joints and the ratio control of 0.4 - 0.52 between the extensors strength on both sides of hip joints and ipsilateral flexor strength. Conclusion: the harmonious development of hip extensor muscle strength, the strength of the same muscle on bother sides of hip joints and the strength of the ipsilateral flexor and extensor on the same side can determine the performance of Yajia athletes.
