摘  要:通过调查分析得出近些年贵州大力建设基础教育硬件设施,但优质的课程资源和软件设施匮乏,教学质量不高。要想提升基础教育的教学质量,建立现代化的教育体系,应当以课程改革为载体,提高教师的教育信息技术能力为路径,建立优秀的各个学科教育平台和进行教师培训为方法。可以效仿发达地区的成功做法,首先立足贵阳市,在贵阳市选择学校进行试点。以此来找出快速提升我省中小学教学质量的方法和路径,进而推及全省。On the basis of investigation and analysis, it can be drawn that Guizhou Province has put great efforts to construct basic educational hardware facility, but high quality educational courses and software facility are desper- ately needed, resulting in low teaching quality. To enhance teaching quality of basic education and build modern edu- cation system, it is very essential to take courses reform as a carrier to improve the technology of teachers'educational information, build high quality educational platform for every subject and provide training for teachers. The successful experiences in developed regions can be taken as references, namely, some schools in Guiyang city can be chosen as pilot schools to explore a shortcut to improve the teaching quality in primary and secondary schools, which then can be applied in all the schools in Guizhou Province.
