摘 要:网络摄像机是目前监控领域中最常用的视频采集前端设备,利用其得到的视频与图像是计算机视觉和模式识别领域的主要来源之一.为了能够更好地让算法研究人员摆脱视频读取、视频显示、视频保存等基础功能的束缚,研究利用目前较为先进的高清网络摄像机的二次开发包建立一个实时视频图像处理的平台并提供较为基础的算法处理,包括:二值化、中值滤波、边缘提取等基本方法,更重要的是还提供了新算法的接口.实验结果表明,该平台提供了十分友好的接口和简易的算法移植性,很大程度上提高了仿真和研究的效率,极大地减少了仿真到应用的时间周期.IP camera is currently the most commonly used video-capture front-end instnnnent in the video-surveillance field.The video and image, which are captured by IP camera,are one of main sources in the computer vision and pattern recognition field. In order to make the algorithm researchers get rid of shackles of basic video reading, displaying and saving functions, this paper uses the secondary development package of the currently mare advanced high-definition IP camera to establish one real-time video image processing platform and pmvide more basic algorithm processing, including binarization, edge detection and object tracking. More importantly, the new algorithm interface is also provided. The experimental results show that the platform provides the friendly interface and simple algorithm portability, which greatly improves the efficiency of simulation and research and greatly reduces the time period from simulation to application.
