摘  要:图像处理技术可应用于轴类零件自动检测装配线上,针对图像处理速度慢会导致装配线上自动化检测效率低的问题,对比研究了图像平滑及边缘检测算法,分析了分辨率对图像处理速度及边缘提取效果的影响。实验结果表明,将处理不同分辨率图像的速度与装配线上零件的传送速度匹配起来,可以在实现实时检测的同时提高检测效率。Image processing techniques can be applied to the shaft parts on the assembly line of automatic de- tection. In smoothing view of the slow image processing speed will lead to the low efficiency of automated testing. Image and edge detection algorithms are studied by contrast, and the influences of resolution on the speed of image processing and the effect of edge detection are also analyzed. The experimental results show that by matching the speed of dealing with different resolution image and the speed of transmitting parts on the assembly line, the real-time detection can be realized and at the same time the detection efficiency is improved.
