强化培训要素管理 提升中职师资培训质量——以四川省国培和省培计划为例

摘　　要：在中职师资培训的"国培计划"和"省培计划"实施过程中,对参与培训者的资格考核和遴选、系统性的培训需求分析、分类培训体系和完善对培训机构的评价管理,是培训实施的基础性要素。通过强化这些基础性要素的质量,为"国培计划"和"省培计划"中对中职师资培训质量的提升提供充分的保障。Some basic elements about secondary vocational teachers training in ＂National training plan＂ and ＂ Provincial training plan＂ are analyzed from participates qualifications inspecting and choosing , systematic analysis training needs, implementation of classification training and improve the evaluation criteria in training institutions aspects. By strengthening the quality of these basic elements, it will provide adequate security about quality improvement for the secondary vocational teacher training in ＂National training plan＂ and ＂ Provincial training plan＂.
