入世:中国高等师范教育的改革与发展

摘　　要：入世后的权利 ,给中国高师教育的发展提供了机遇 ,入世后应尽的义务 ,又对中国高师教育提出了挑战。树立优先办好师范教育的思想 ,建立和完善具有中国特色的师范教育体系 ,构建开放型的高师办学模式 ,加强课程结构和教学内容体系的改革与建设 ,确立知识、能力、素养并重的人才塑造目标与培养规格 ,这是我国加入世贸组织后 。The rights after China′s entry in the World Trade Organization create a good chance for the development of the Chinese Higher Education for Teachers while the obligations give a challenge to it. We should put first running well the Education for Teachers, set up and perfect the Chinese style system of Education for Teachers, establish the open and democratic running school model for the Higher Education for Teachers, strengthen the reform and building of the structure of courses and teaching contents and ensure the target and standard for training persons with knowledge, ability and high quality. This is the key thinking for the reform and development of the Chinese Higher Education for Teachers after China′s entry in the World Trade Organization in the new century.
