摘　　要：目的观察Ezrin、MMP-14蛋白在胃癌中的表达,探讨它们与胃癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测10例正常胃组织、40例异型增生的胃黏膜组织和198例胃癌组织中Ezrin、MMP-14蛋白的表达。结果 Ezrin、MMP-14在正常胃组织、异型增生胃黏膜组织和胃癌组织中的表达均依次增高。Ezrin和MMP-14在正常胃组织、异型增生胃黏膜组织和胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为10%、27.5%、76.3%和10%、32.5%、81.3%,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。Ezrin、MMP-14在分化程度低、侵及浆膜层以及有淋巴结转移的胃癌中表达均明显高于分化程度高、未侵及浆膜层以及无淋巴结转移胃癌组织(P<0.01)。Ezrin在食管胃连接部的表达高于胃部胃癌,差异无统计学意义(P=0.05)。Ezrin与MMP-14在胃癌中表达呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin和MMP-14在胃癌中均高表达,且Ezrin和MMP-14的表达呈正相关关系,二者可能起协同作用,共同参与胃癌的侵袭和转移。Purpose To investigate the expression of the protein of Ezrin and MMP-14 in normal gastric tissue, dysplasia and carcinoma and to find out their relationship with the biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma. Methods Ezrin and MMP-14 proteins were detec- ted by immunohistochemical staining in 10 cases of normal gastric tissue, 40 cases of gastric dysplasia and 198 cases of gastric carcino- ma tissues. Results All of the expression levels of Ezrin and MMP-14 proteins were increased in the order of normal-dysplsia-carcino- ma in gastric tissues. The expression rate of Ezrin was 10%, 27.5% and 76. 3%, while the rate of MMP-14 was 10% , 32. 5% and 81.3% in the normal, dysplasia and carcinoma groups, respectively. The expression rates of each protein were significantly different among the three groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of them in the group of poorly-differentiated carcinoma with serosal invasion and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those of well-differentiated without serosal invasion or lymph node metastasis （P 〈0. 05 ）. And the expression of Ezrin in the esophagogastric junction was higher than that in the gastric tumor but without significance （ P = 0. 05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of Ezrin and MMP-14 protein in gastric carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Ezrin and MMP-14 do over-express in the gastric carcinoma tissues, both of which are synergistically involved in the invasiveness and metastasis in gastric carcinoma.
