摘　　要：振动电镀是采用振动设备进行电镀小零件的一种电镀新技术。对目前国内使用的电磁式振动电镀设备类型和工作原理作了简单介绍 ,并根据用户经验指出了各类设备的优缺点 ,对振筛的选择和电镀工艺提出了建议 。Vibration electroplating is a new technique for plating small parts by using vibrating apparatus. Working mechanism and types of electromegnetic vibration electroplating apparatus used in our country are brief introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of various types of the apparatus are pointed out according to the experiences of customers. Suggestions about the selection of vibrating baskets and electroplating technology are proposed. It is forecasted that extensive application of the vibration electroplating technique will be obtained in China.
