系统化健康指导对癫痫患儿治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化健康指导对癫痫患儿家长疾病认知及治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2012年6月。2013年7月我院神经内科收治的60例癫痫患儿，按人院先后登记秩序随机分为2组，单号为实验组，双号为对照组，每组各30例。实验组采用全程性、分阶段、个性化的系统健康指导形式，对照组采用常规健康指导方式，观察两组家长癫痫知识知晓率、治疗依从性、服药依从性及出院6个月内癫痫再发作率的差异。结果两组家长癫痫知识知晓率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组治疗依从性比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组服药依从性比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；实验组患儿出院6个月内癫痫再发作率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统化健康指导能有效提高癫痫患儿家长的治疗依从性，降低癫痫再发作率，促进疾病康复。Objective To investigate the influence of systematic health guidance on the treatment compliance and the disease awareness of the parents of children with epilepsy. Methods Sixty children with epilepsy admitted to the neurology department of our hospital from June 2012 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to the registration order of hospital admission. The odd number was assigned to the experimental group and the even number was assigned to the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The experimental group used whole journey, grading and personalized systematic health guidance mode and the control group used conventional health guidance mode. The differences in the parents＇ knowledge awareness rate of epilepsy, treatment compliance, drug therapy compliance and epilepsy recurrent rate within 6 months of discharge between the two groups were observed. Results The parents of the two groups of children were different in the knowledge awareness rate of epilepsy, with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.01）, were different in the treatment compliance, with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）, and were different in the medication compliance, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. The experimental group was lower than the control group in the epilepsy recurrence rate within 6 months of discharge, with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Systematic health guidance can effectively promote the treatment compliance of the parents of children with epilepsy, reduce the recurrence rate of epilepsy and promote disease recovery.
