超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化手术治疗对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者治疗效果。方法将2011年7月～2013年3月在我院眼科治疗的88例（120只眼）闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象，分观察组和对照组，其中观察组的60只眼治疗上给予单纯白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗，而对照组的60只眼在进行白内障超声乳化治疗同时进行联合小梁切除及人工晶状体植入手术治疗，对比和分析两种不同的治疗方案的治疗效果。结果经过治疗，两组患者治疗后视力和治疗前相比均有显著的提高，且治疗中及治疗后未发生不良事件。结论闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者进行单纯白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的治疗，安全可靠，效果明显，值得临床借鉴。Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in treating cataract and angle-closure glaucoma patients. Methods 88 cases of cataract and angle-closure glaucoma patients （120 eyes） who were treated in our hospital during July 2011 to March 2013 were selected as object of the research ,and the 80 patients were divided into two groups（observation group and control group）.And 60 eyes of observation group were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,60 eyes of control group were treated by phacoemulsifieation combined with trabeculectomy and intraocular lens implantatlon.Compared and analyzed the therapeutic effect of the two therapeutic schedules. Results After treatment,the two groups＇patients made a great progress compared before treatment in eyesight aspect, and no adverse event was happened during the treatment. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraoeular lens implantation in treating cataract and angle-closure glaucoma is very safe, and the effect is good,so the therapeutic schedule is worth to be referenced in clinical.
