摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在口腔门诊中的应用。方法对300例口腔门诊患者行护理满意度问卷调查,分析经整体护理后患者的满意度。结果经整体护理后口腔门诊患者护理满意度排在前三位的分别是护理服务及时性、护理技术水平和护理态度。结论整体护理有利于口腔门诊患者及时就诊。Objective To evaluate the application of overall nursing in the stomatological outpatient department. Methods 300 patients of the stomatological outpatient department received questionnaire survey on nursing satisfaction. The patients＇ satisfaction after overall nursing was analyzed. Results After overall nursing, timeliness, nursing technical level and nursing attitude ranked the top three of nursing satisfaction among the patients of the stomatological outpatient department. Conclusion Overall nursing is conducive to the timely treatment of the patients of the stomatological outpatient department.
