玻璃体切割术治疗眼外伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切割术治疗眼外伤的手术效果，旨在为眼外伤的治疗提供有利的指导依据。方法回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年1月我院应用玻璃体切割术治疗的50例（50眼）眼外伤患者的临床资料。结果50眼眼外伤患者术后功能痊愈28眼，解剖痊愈21例，未愈1眼。术后视力显著提高，与术前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论玻璃体切割术治疗眼外伤效果好，可以明显提高患者的视力，且并发症少，值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the operative effect of vitrectomy in the treatment of ocular trauma so as to provide guidance for the treatment of ocular trauma. Methods Clinical data of 50 patients （eyes） with ocular trauma who received vitreetomy in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 28 eyes among 50 eyes of patients with ocular trauma recovered functionally after the surgery,21 eyes recovered anatomically, and 1 eye did not recovered. Patients＇ visual acuity significantly improved after the surgery, and the difference was statistically significant compared to that before the surgery （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vitrectomy in the treatment of ocular trauma has a favorable effect of significantly improving patients＇visual acuity and has less complications,which is worthy of promotion and application.
