摘 要:目的探讨中医特色食疗对白血病患者生活质量的影响。方法2010年11月-2013年11月,观察白血病化疗患者236例,根据患者的经济条件允许并经患者乐意配合分为对照组和干预组各118例,两组患者在常规治疗的同时,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予具体的中医食疗指导,评估两组患者化疗后骨髓抑制时间及对生活质量的影响。结果干预组较之对照组,骨髓抑制时间明显缩短,头昏、乏力等生活质量的改善均优于对照组,有显著性差异。结论中医特色食疗,可提高白血病患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic food therapy on improving living quality of leukemia patients. Methods 236 patients who received leukemia chemotherapy from November 2010 to November 2013 were observed and divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the patients'economic conditions and after obtaining the patients'willing coordination,with 118 patients in each group.On the same time of receiving conventional therapy,the control group received conventional nursing and the intervention group received specific traditional Chinese medicine food therapy guidance on the basis of the control group.The bone marrow suppression time and the influence on living quality of the two groups after chemotherapy were evaluated. Results Compared to the control group, the intervention group had significantly shortened bone marrow suppression time,and the improvement of living quality such as dizziness and fatigue of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,with significant differences. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic food therapy can improve the living quality of leukemia patients.
