血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在细菌感染性疾病诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在细菌感染性疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法收集2012年5月，2013年12月期间我院收治的83例细菌感染性疾病患者并将其作为研究组，收集同期我院收治的83例非细菌感染性疾病患者并将其作为对照组，采用双抗夹心免疫发光法检测血清PCT水平，免疫比浊法对CRP水平进行测定，比较PCT、CRP测定结果，并评价两种筛选试验结果。结果研究组与对照组比较，血清PCT、CRP水平、PCT阳性检测率均明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），PCT检测与CRP检测比较，诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、诊断符合率均较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PCT与CRP比较对细菌感染性疾病的诊断敏感性更高，实施血清PCT水平的监测对细菌感染性疾病的诊疗具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in bacterial infectious diseases diagnosis. Methods 83 cases of bacterial infections in patients were collected from May 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital and as a study group to collect the same period in our hospital 83 cases of non- bacterial infections in patients and the control group,using double-antibody sandwich assay of immune serum PCT levels luminescence,immunonephelometry CRP levels were measured for comparison PCT, CRP measurement results and evaluate two kinds of screening test results. Results The study group and the control group,serum PCT,CRP levels,PCT positive test were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）,PCT and CRP in comparison detection,diagnosis,sensitivity,specificity, positive predictive value,negative predictive value,the higher rate of diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PCT and CRP compares the diagnostic sensitivity higher bacterial infections,monitoring the implementation of serum PCT levels has important clinical value for diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infectious diseases.
