摘  要:目的:探讨锁定钢板的骨折区钉孔保护对预防钢板断裂的意义;方法:通过ANSYS软件建模,建立2种股骨远端骨折锁定钢板固定模型,骨折区1种有螺钉固定,1种无螺钉固定,计算2种模型的钢板、螺钉应力;结果:2种模型中,骨折区有螺钉固定的钢板应力明显减少;结论:运用锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折,建议钢板的骨折区置钉固定,对骨折和钢板保护有利。Objective:To investigate the significance of protecting the screw holes in prevention of plate broken. Method:Two kinds of locking plate fixation model of distal femoral fracture were established through ANSYS software. One has screw fixation in frac- ture area and the other has not. Then the stress of plate and screw was calculated in two models. Results:The stress of plate with screw fixation in fracture area reduced significantly than that of other one. Conclusions:Screw fixation in fracture area is favorable for protecting plate and fracture in the treatment of distal femoral fractures with locking plate.
