脑卒中患者社会支持状况及其影响因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的：了解社会对脑卒中患者的支持状况，并分析其影响因素，提高社会对脑卒中患者的关注度和脑卒中患者的生活质量。方法利用发放本院自编的调查问卷的方式，对本次调查研究选中的303例住院患者以及康复患者进行问卷调查，采用社会支持评定表对调查数据进行评估。结果社会对脑卒中患者的支持总得分为39.27±7.09分，分数偏低。结论受诸多因素影响，社会对脑卒中患者的支持程度较低，这主要与脑卒中患者消极的生活态度有关。Objective to understand the social support status of patients with stroke, and analyse the factors which influence, improve social on stroke patients with attention and quality of life in patients with stroke. Methods using the self-designed questionnaire method, the research of this study selected 303 hospitalized patients and rehabilitation were investigated by questionnaire, the social support rating scale for assessment of survey data. Results the total score of social support for patients with stroke was 39.27 ＆#177; 7.09 points, the score is low.Conclusion under the influence of many factors, the degree of social support for patients with stroke is low, mainly with the stroke patients with negative attitude.
