摘　　要：遏制战争和打赢战争是一切军事科学的出发点和落脚点,探讨战争中的各种因素及其对胜负的影响,是军事思想的重要内容。文章利用认识论和矛盾论的基本原理,对传统的军事思想进行科学反思,提出＂人是武器装备发挥作用的决定因素＂、＂战斗力是战争胜负的决定因素＂等观点,以期廓清无产阶级的战争制胜理论,丰富当代中国军事科学。Containing and winning wars are the starting point and ultimate goal of all military sciences.The discussion of the various factors in war and their influences on victory or defeat are the core of military thinking.With the help of the epistemology and the theory of contradiction,the authors reflect the traditional military thinking,and put forward the viewpoints that ＂men are the decisive factors in bringing weapons and equipment into play＂ and ＂combat power is the decisive factor of victory or defeat in the war＂.The paper clarifies the proletariat theory of wining the war,and enriches the contemporary Chinese military science.
