摘　　要：唐君毅将人之欣赏美表现美之求美活动赋予道德价值，既强调求美意识依赖于道德心灵，又顾及了文学艺术的审美特性，从而使他的美学思想更具深刻的思想内涵。他关于求美意识之起源、求美意识之道德价值、求美意识与求真意识之不同、求美意识与求真意识之贯通等美学思想的阐释，对于提高人的审美情趣，升华人的精神境界，美化人的道德心灵，具有重要的现实启迪意义。Tang Jun- yi endows ethical value to human＇s activity of seeking the beauty by appreciating and expressing beauty. He takes into account of the aesthetics of literature and art, as well as emphasizes that consciousness of seeking beauty is relied on the conscience, which makes his thoughts of aesthetics profound. His views on the origin and ethical value of consciousness of seeking beauty, differences between consciousness of seeking beauty and consciousness of seeking the truth, and the transfixions of the both have a vital realistic enlightenment for improving people＇s esthetic sentiment, subliming people＇s spiritual insight and purifying peo- ple＇s conscience.
