摘　　要：对网络分析仪进行自校准时,越来越多地使用电子校准件。简要介绍了电子校准件,给出了如何验证电子校准件性能,并给出了如何在Excel中利用VBA进行自动编程的实例。At present, in order to reduce connections repeatability and stability, electronic calibration module is more and more frequently used in the calibration of Network Analyzer. The article introduces electronic calibration module, the method to verify its performance, and how to do the test with VBA program in Excel.
