摘　　要：近年在小鼠体内发现了一群兼具天然免疫效应功能和抗原提呈功能的新细胞亚群,命名为产生干扰素的杀伤DC(Interferon-Producing Killer DC,IKDC),这一细胞最近成为肿瘤免疫治疗的热点,笔者将介绍这一领域的进展。In recent years, a group of new cell subsets both with function of natural immunity and antigen presenting was found in mice,named as ikdc. and it became the hotspot in tumor immunotherapy. Now, advance in this field were introduced.
