摘　　要：工程管理专业教学具有实践性要求高、课程内容庞杂、课程体系系统性强等特点。根据工程管理专业的社会需求,基于"教学相长"理念应加强师资培养、案例教学、实验教学、产学研结合等,提高人才培养质量。The teaching of engineering management is demanding,with the features of abundant contents and rigid system.According the social requirements of engineering management,based on the view of＂to teach is to learn＂,we should strengthen the cultivation of teaching staff,case teaching,experiment teaching and the combination of production,learning with research etc.to promote the quality of talents.
