摘 要:通过对弹体侵彻靶板过程中过载响应机理的研究,分析了侵彻过载响应的影响因素,根据影响因素,应用数值仿真软件,建立了二种弹载存储测试记录仪与弹体安装的有限元模型,并对在同一侵彻条件下的侵彻过载响应进行了仿真分析,同时进行了靶场试验验证.结果表明:弹载存储测试记录仪与弹体的安装方式对过载响应峰值的影响较大;弹载存储测试记录仪与弹体安装时刚性接触越小,弹体本身的受迫振动响应就对过载响应结果影响越小,所测过载信息越接近于刚体过载响应.Through researching the penetration acceleration response mechanism,analyzing of the penetration acceleration response influence factors,the numerical simulation software was applied to create two finite ele-ment models of different installation styles between the missile storage test recorder and projectile by the influ-ence factors.The penetration acceleration response was simulated under the same penetration condition;the experiment was also carried out at the same time.The results show that the installation style between the mis-sile storage test recorder and projectile has large influence on the peak value of penetration acceleration re-sponse.The smaller rigid contact surface leads to the smaller influence on the test results from forced vibr-ations of projectile,and the penetration acceleration response appears truer.
