摘　　要：目的研究仿制的新药注射用头孢地嗪钠的生物安全性检查标准,考查其是否能达到《中国药典》2010年版要求。方法按《中国药典》2010年版二部有关附录要求进行研究。结果建立了本品异常毒性、细菌内毒素检查标准。结论本品生物安全性能达到《中国药典》2010年版标准要求。Objective To study on the biological safety standard for Cefodizime Sodium for Injection. Methods To study on the abnormal toxicity test and bacterial endotoxins test of Cefodizime Sodium for Injection by Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results We established the standard of abnormal toxicity test and the standard of bacterial endotoxin test. Conclusion The Cefodizime Sodium for Injection was tested for toxicity and bacterial endotoxin standard,and the biological safety standard can meet the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 requirements.
