复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 对复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性进行观察和探讨.方法 选择2011年1月-2013年12月我院收治的216例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,并将患者随机分为实验组和对照组.对照组患者在餐后服用安慰剂,100 mg/次,3次/d,15d一个疗程;实验组患者在餐后立即服用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片100 mg/次,3次/d,15 d一个疗程.分析比较两组患者治疗后症状积分、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗一个疗程后,实验组患者上腹疼痛、胃烧灼感、胃部饱胀、恶心和暖气等症状改善明显,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后实验组的总有效率为87.04％（94/108）,对照组为44.44％（48/108）,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组之间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良近期效果显著,未发现严重不良反应,是治疗功能性消化不良安全、有效的药物.Objective To discuss the use of compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Aretrospective analysis from January 2011 to December 2013. 216 patients with functional dyspepsia by the clinical data were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group patients received placebo pills after meal, 100 mg/time, 3 times/d; the experimental group patients received compound azintamide immediately after a meal, enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride 100 mg/time, 3 times/d, 15 d for a period of treatment. Comparing two groups after treatment with symptoms integral, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results After a period of treatment,the experimental group patients showed improved symptoms such as epigastric pain, burning sensation in the stomach, the stomach full bilge, nausea and gas, compared with before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）; In treatment group total effective rate was 87. 04% （94/108）, the control group was 44.44% （48/108）, the curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈 0.05） ; Incidence of adverse reactions between two groups had no significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of functional dyspepsia compound azintamide is effective in recent effects with no serious adverse reactions,and is a drug for the treatment of functional dyspepsia with safety and efficiency.
