经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜癌诊断及分期中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)在子宫内膜癌诊断及分期中的临床价值。方法 2012年1月~2013年12月来我院筛查的子宫内膜癌高危患者132例,采用TVCDS对病灶部位的筛查回声、血流、大小等一系列基础信息以及子宫内膜的厚度、形态、内膜与肌层交界处的回声晕状态等进行观察,根据FIGO分期法对子宫内膜癌进行分期,并将TVCDS的诊断结果及诊断分期结果与术后的病理结果进行比对。结果 TVCDS的总体诊断符合率为96.67%,分期诊断符合率I^II期为83.33%~92.31%,III^IV期为100%;肿瘤血供的丰富程度与肿瘤分期呈正相关。结论 TVCDS对子宫内膜癌的总体诊断率及分期诊断率较高,具有较大的临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical values of applying transvaginal color doppler scanning （TVCDS） in the diagnosis and staging of endometrial cancer. Methods 132 patients with endometrial cancer screened by TVCDS in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were selected as the study objects, and observed the basal information of lesion sites （including echo, bleeding, size, etc. ） and endometrium （including thickness, morphology,echo-halo between intima and muscular layer）. The endometrial cancer was staged by FIGO staging method, then compared the diagnostic results of TVCDS with postoperative pathology. Results The overall coincidence rate of TVCDS was 96.67% ,staging diagnosis coincidence rate of Ⅰ-Ⅱ was 83.33%-92.31%,Ⅲ-Ⅳ was 100% and there was positive correlation between blood supply and staging of tumor. Conclusion The overall diagnostic rate and staging diagnostic rate of TVCDS are higher for endomentrial cancer,which has greater clinical application values.
