胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的MRI诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的9例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的影像表现,9例均行MRI平扫及增强检查。结果 8例病灶由囊实性成分构成,1例由实性成分构成;7例有完整包膜;8例肿瘤信号不均匀,6例在T1WI见高信号。增强扫描病灶实性成分,动脉期病灶轻度不均匀强化,门脉期及延迟期呈渐进性强化。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤MRI表现具有一定的特征性,诊断和鉴别诊断价值较高。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas （SPTP）. Methods MRI features of 9 patients with histopathologicaly proved SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. All 9 cases underwent MRI plain and contrast enhanced examination. Results 8 cases were cystic-solid mass. 1 case was pure solid mass. 7 cases had complete capsule. 8 cases of the tumors showed mixed signals. 6 cases had hyper intense on TIWI. In post-contrast scan, solid portions appeared mild heterogeneous enhancement on arterial phase and progressive fill-in during the portal venous and equilibrium phases. Conclusion The MRI features of SPTP are characteristic. MRI is valuable for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
