社会主义核心价值观凝练的多维视角、分歧原因与争论焦点

摘　　要：在各种关于社会主义核心价值观的表述中,主要有3个视角,即马克思主义视角、中国传统文化视角和"普世价值"视角,有些表述是对这3个视角的"综合创新"。分歧原因主要是存在两种根本对立的观点,一种观点认为,既然我们要凝练的是社会主义核心价值观,那么其具体表述就应该能够明确体现社会主义的本质和精神。另一种观点认为,在全球化背景下,社会主义核心价值观要体现世界性、人类性和普世性。党的十八大提出的"3个倡导"是近些年社会主义核心价值观理论探索的重要成果,对进一步培育和践行社会主义核心价值观有着十分重要的指导意义。Among various statements on socialist core values,there are three chief angles: Marxism perspective,traditional Chinese cultural perspective and universal values perspective. Also,there are some statements based on the integrated innovation of the above perspective. The causes of divergence lie in the two antithetical viewpoints. Some hold that specific statement should clearly reflect the essence and spirit of socialism since the main task is to make socialist core values be condensed. Others maintain that socialist core values should bear the characteristics of cosmopolitan,humanity and universality. The paper points out that the three proposals proposed in The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China are the important achievement of theoretical exploration of the socialist core values in recent years and are of great significance to deeply cultivate and fulfill socialist core values.
