摘　　要：中国共产党人的精神追求具有人民性、崇高性、科学性、实践性、时代性以及民族性等鲜明特征。这些特征既是共产党人所共有的精神特点,又因中国社会主义进程而呈现出独特的内涵,是共性与个性、理想与现实的辩证统一,既体现了中国共产党人对马克思主义的坚定信念,又显现了中国共产党人对马克思主义的独特理解。这些精神特征对于推动中国特色社会主义事业顺利发展有着重要的现实意义,它在推动党的理论和实践工作的创新、推进党的执政水平的提升以及建构社会主义核心价值体系等方面有着重要的精神引领和激励作用。The spiritual pursuit of Chinese Communists bears the characteristics of putting people first,lofty ideal,scientific idea, practicality, reflecting the times and nationality. These features not only indicate the common nature of the Communists but also show the unique connotation of China' s socialism process,which is the dialectical unity of universality-individuality and idealreality. Also, they embody the firm belief of Chinese Communists on Marxism and their particular understanding on Marxism. These spiritual attributes are of practical significance to promote the development of socialism cause with Chinese characteristics. Moreover,it is important to stimulate the innovation of theoretical and practical tasks of the Communist Party of China( CPC). It is significant toimprove the administrative level of CPC. It is also of great importance to construct the core value system of socialism.
