理工类大学社会体育专业学生专业承诺的研究

摘　　要：以理工类大学社会体育专业学生为对象,探讨了其专业承诺的现状与特点,研究发现:理工类大学社会体育专业大学生专业承诺整体水平不高,呈中等水平;专业承诺不存在性别差异,但在情感承诺和继续承诺上,女大学生显著高于男大学生;专业承诺存在显著的年级差异,总体水平为大四>大一>大二>大三。针对以上特点,进而提出了相应的对策。By using students of polytechnic universities majoring social sports as an object, the author researched the present situation and characteristics of student group professional commitment, The results showed that students ＇professional commitment in social sports professional colleges was medium level;for students＇professional commitment of social sports in professional colleges, there was no gender difference; but on affective commitment and continuance commitment, female college students were significantly higher than that of male college students;social sports professional college students ＇professional commitment existed significant grade differences, overall level was from high to low in order for the senior year students, freshman and sophomore, junior ones. In view of the above characteristics, the paper put forward the corresponding education countermeasures according to the reality .
