摘　　要：现代制造业的快速发展对高职电气自动化技术专业学生理论知识、实践技能和综合素质提出了更高的要求,而传统课程体系已滞后于产业及技术的发展,影响了对学生职业岗位能力的培养。通过广泛的企业调研,重新进行专业定位,构建基于工作过程的高职电气自动化技术专业课程体系,推行了教学做一体的教学模式改革,收到了明显效果。Rapid development of modem manufacturing industry required more theoretical knowledge, practical skills and overall quality in electrical automation major. However, traditional course system, which lagged behind the development of industry and technology, affected the training of sutdents＇vocational and post abilities. By means of wide business investigation, major orientation was updated, course system for electrical automation major in high vocational colleges was constructed based on working process. Teaching model reformation which integrated teaching and learning with practice was carried out and obvious results were attained.
