摘 要:目的:分析根据分子检测技术选择的化疗药物的毒副反应及有效性。方法:选择246例乳腺癌术后患者分为检测组150例和常规组96例。检测组采用分子预测法对常用化疗药物进行分子检测,并根据结果选择敏感性高及毒副作用低的药物进行化疗;常规组采用常规化疗。结果:TEC方案化疗的粒细胞减少以及呕吐发生率在检测组明显低于常规组(P<0.05),CEF-T/EC-T(H)方案化疗的粒细胞减少发生率在检测组明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 :根据分子检测选择的化疗方案的毒副反应明显低于常规化疗,但药物敏感性是否带来有效性的提高而产生生存获益,尚需更长时间的随访。Objective:To analyze the toxicity and effecacy of chemotherapy based on molecular detection techniques. Methods: Two hundred and forty-six patients with breast cancer were enrolled in the study and divided into a study group (n=150) and a control group(n=96). Molecular detection for selection of chemotherapy drugs was carried out. The patients in the study group were treated with high sensitivity and low toxicity chemotherapy drugs based on molecular detection results. Meanwhile , patients in the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy. Results: For patients with TEC chemotherapy, both neutropenia and vomiting were signiifcantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P〈0.05). For patients with CEF-T/EC-T(H) chemotherapy, neutropenia was also signiifcantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The toxicity of chemotherapy based on molecular detection was signiifcantly lower in the study group than in the control group. However, long follow-up is needed to determine whether the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs will improve therapeutic effect or survival beneift.
