微小切口眼轮匝肌与提上睑肌腱膜固定的重睑术

摘　　要：【目的】探讨利用两个或三个3 mm微小皮肤切口进行重睑术的临床疗效。【方法】回顾近两年来本院31例采用微小切口通过眼轮匝肌与提上睑肌腱膜固定技术形成重睑患者的临床资料。【结果】随访1年，30例患者术后重睑线自然稳定，瘢痕基本不明显，1例患者术后单侧重睑线消失，重新固定后形态良好。【结论】利用微小切口将眼轮匝肌和提上睑肌腱膜固定形成重睑的术式损伤小，恢复快，瘢痕微小，重睑线自然稳定，尤其适应年轻女性，对上睑臃肿及皮肤略松的患者同样可以获得满意效果。[Objective]To explore clinical efficacy of 2 or 3mm minimal incision for double eyelid plasty.[Methods]Clinical data of 3 1 patients undergoing double eyelid plasty through orbicularis muscle and upper eyelid levator aponeurosis fixation with tiny incisions were analyzed retrospectively.[Results]At follow up for 1 year, 30 patients had natural and stable double eyelid without obvious scars after operation.Unilateral double eyelid line disappeared in only one patient who was revised by re-fixation.[Conclusion]Double eyelid plasty through orbicu-laris muscle and upper eyelid levator aponeurosis fixation with tiny incisions has smaller trauma,quicker recovery, minimal scar as well as natural and stable double eyelid line,and is especially suitable for young women.For pa-tients with fat and clumsy upper eyelid and slightly fiabby skin,the same satisfactory effect can be obtained.
