农户参与农村公共产品供给意愿分析

摘　　要：利用内蒙古、宁夏、山东三个省份1024户微观农户数据,以小型农田水利设施为例,引入农户社会信任因子,考虑农户收入水平差异,采用列联表方法,探究农户参与农村公共产品供给的作用机理。结果表明,农户参与小型农田水利设施供给的意愿仅为65%,而愿意参与供给的农户中,68%的农户选择以投资的方式参与供给。农户社会信任与农户参与供给意愿显著正相关,但农户收入水平与农户参与供给意愿的正向关联性较弱。社会信任水平较高的农户倾向于以投劳的方式参与供给,而收入水平较高的农户倾向于以投资的方式参与供给。1024 samples of households in Inner Mongolia,Ningxia,Shandong provinces in rural China were used,and based on examples of small-scale irrigation systems,we introduced social trust factor and also took income level difference into consideration,this paper applied contingency table to analyze the mechanism of farmers supplying willingness to participate rural public goods provision.The results showed that,farmers willingness to participate in the supply of small-scale irrigation systems is only 65%,among which 68% tend to participate in the form of investment.Social trust is significantly and positively related to the farmers willingness to participate,however,the association of income level and farmers willingness to participate is weaker.Farmers of high social trust level tend to participate in the form of labor supply,while farmers of higher income level tend to participate in the form of capital supply.
