摘　　要：在现有理论的基础上,对道德领导在中国情境下具有的内涵进行了深层次的探讨,并在反复检验和修订的基础上发展了中国道德领导的测量工具。研究表明:中国道德领导是一个三因素结构,包括道德品质、尊重与包容、道德奖惩3个维度;基于中国道德领导的内涵编制了中国道德领导问卷(CELQ),数据结果显示该问卷的各项指标都达到了心理测量学的要求,具有较高的可靠性和有效性,项目设计科学合理。This study is designed to explore the construct of ethical leadership in Chinese context, and to further develop the Chinese Ethical Leadership Questionnaire （CELQ）. Results show that： 1. Chinese ethical leadership is a 3-dimension construct, including： moral traits, respect and tolerance i ethical rewards and pun- ishments; 2. Chinese ethical leadership questionnaire demonstrates satisfying psychometric properties. The reliability and validity analysis reveals that Chinese Ethical leadership questionnaire is well designed with 24 effective items.
