摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国社会发生了翻天覆地的变化。面对日益复杂的社会环境,中国政府的管理方式和手段也发生了相应的变化。通过采取一种特殊的视角,对《人民日报》在1979、1989、1999和2009年的1 460份头版头条进行词频和内容分析,以此来判断中国政府在改革开放30年间的权力行使变化,并根据分析结果对今后政府的权力行使提出相应对策和建议。China has taken great changes since 30 years of reform and opening up. Facing with an increasingly complex social environment, whether Chinese government＇s management methods are in accordance to the changes？ In order to understand the changes of power exercised by Chinese govern- ment during 30 years of reform and opening up, an extensive research on word frequency and content from 1460 headlines of People＇s Daily across 1979 to 2009 was conducted from a particular perspective. The results lead to the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on government＇s exercise of power in the future.
