摘　　要：与生物基因和文化基因相仿,职业院校校园文化与企业文化的融通也像一个完整的生命体,有其基本的遗传因子,这些遗传因子由领导者和发展资源构成两条基本链,排列在外侧;价值观、人员、制度、道德四个碱基配对组合,有序排列在内侧,决定了校企文化融通基因的变化,体现出文化融通的差异性和稳定性,并影响其文化融通的结果与成效。Like biological genes and culture genes, the fusion of campus culture and enterprise culture in vocational colleges is also like an integral living entity which has basic genes. The genetic factor has two basic chains leaders and developing resources -which are arranged in the outside, and four base parings values, personnel, system, ethics which are orderly arranged in the inside. The genes determine the changing of fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture, reflecting the differences and stability of the fusion and influencing the effects of the fusion.
