摘 要:目的:探讨茶多糖对中国跤女运动员自由基代谢和无氧运动能力的影响及相关性。方法:选取20名优秀中国跤女运动员随机分为安慰剂组和茶多糖组,进行4周赛前训练,每天睡前1小时两组均分别温开水冲服剂量为10 mg/kg体重的安慰剂和茶多糖,测试4周赛前训练前、后血浆MDA、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、GR和无氧运动能力指标PP、AP、PD、Cmax和Cmax-time。结果:4周赛前训练后,茶多糖组中国跤女运动员血浆MDA量极显著降低(P<0.01),SOD和GSH-Px活性极显著升高(P<0.01),CAT、GR活性和GSH量均显著升高(P<0.05);PP和AP显著升高(P<0.05),PD和Cmax-time显著降低(P<0.05);血浆MDA与PP和AP呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与PD呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);SOD与PP和AP呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与PD呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);CAT和GSH-Px均与PP和AP呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与PD呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:茶多糖可通过其蛋白质成分的直接氧化修饰、微量元素激活抗氧化酶活性和醛糖成分提高抗氧化物质量等途径提高中国跤女运动员的抗氧化能力,促进其无氧运动能力提高;可通过改善微循环有效灌注,加速运动中乳酸清除及CP和ATP恢复,促进无氧运动能力提高。Abstract:Objective:Discuss the correlation and the effect of tea polysaccharide on free radical and anaerobic exercise performance of elite female Chinese - style wrestling athletes. Methods :20 female elite Chinese style wrestling athletes were selected and randomly divided into placebo group and tea polysaccharide group. Both groups took placebo and tea polysaecharide at a dose of 10mg/kg body weight respectively 1 hour before going to bed every day during 4 weeks' pre - competition training. The free radical index of MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH - Px, GSH, GR in blood serum and the anaerobic exercise performance index of PP, AP, PD, Cmax and Cmax - time were tested before and after the 4 weeks' pre - competition training. Results : After 4 weeks' pre - competition training, the quantity of MDA decreased obviously,the activity of SOD and GSH - Px increased significantly, the activity of CAT and GR, and the quantity of GSH increased obviously, the PP and AP increased obviously, the PD and Cmax - time decreased obviously; There were a significant negative correlation between MDA and PP, AP respectively, and a significant positive correlation between MDA and PD. There were a significant positive correlation between SOD, CAT, GSH -Px and PP, AP respectively, and a significantly negative correlation between SOD, CAT, GSH - Px and PD respectively. Conclusions : The anaerobic exercise performance of elite female Chinese - style wrestling athletes could be improved by taking tea polysaccharide, which tea polysaccharide could directly involved in oxidative modification protein, trace elements within could activate the activity of antioxidant enzymes, and the aldose composition could improve the quantity of antioxidant, tea polysaccharide also could improve the microcirculation perfusion.
