邹凯单杠并腿马凯洛夫动作的运动学分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨邹凯完成单杠并腿马凯洛夫动作的运动学特点。方法:采用三维录像解析法对2012年全国体操锦标赛单杠决赛中邹凯完成的该动作进行运动学分析。结果:邹凯较好完成并腿马凯洛夫动作,特别是向前回环阶段以及腾空阶段的撒手时刻,完成相对出色,但是其他技术环节还有些瑕疵。结论:对邹凯该进行技术诊断,就符合体操规则和运动生物力学原理的部分建立运动学技术模型,论证其中运用到的生物力学原理,为广大教练员、运动员提供关于邹凯的技术参考数据,也为其他运动员改进技术,同时丰富单杠运动技术理论提供参考。Abstract：Objective：Investigate the kinematics characteristics of Zou Kai＇s horizontal bar Markelov with legs together. Methods ： Using three - dimensional video analytic method it made the kinematic a nalysis of Zou Kai＇s action of Markelov with legs together in the horizontal bar final of the 2012 National Gymnastics Championships. Results：Zou Kai completed the connection action well, among the action,Zou Kai completed the swing forward stage and fold up time of the flight stage particularly well, but there were some defects in other technical parts. Conclusion：It carried out a kinematics technical diagnosis for Zou Kai＇ s action, and established a kinematic model based on the parts which accord with the gymnastics rules and biomechanics principle ,demonstrated the biomechanical principles within in order to provide technical data reference about Zou Kai for the majority of coaches and athletes, and improve the technique of other athletes and richen the horizontal bar movement theory.
