山东省普通高校体育资源配置现状与优化策略选择研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,通过对山东省普通高校体育资源配置现状的调查与分析,提出了以学生需要为特征的、资源共享的体育资源配置方式。研究认为,山东省普通高校体育人力资源年龄结构、职称结构和学历结构较合理,专业结构主要集中在球类、田径和体操等项目;高校体育经费基本能够满足体育教学和训练的需要;生均场(馆)面积均低于教育部的规定标准;体育信息资源配置方面还比较落后,利用率也比较低。By using the method of literature, questionnaire survey, etc. , the article analysed the distribution of sports resources in colleges in Shandong province, put forwards the allocation of sports resources should fit the demand of the university students. In this research, it discovers that the structure of professional titles, ages and educational levels tend to be reasonable, but the profession al structure mainly concentrated in track and field, ball games and gymnastics;funds can meet the basic need of teaching and training; average acreage of the field （pavilion） is less than the standard which stipulated by the Ministry of education; sports information resource allocation is still relatively backward, and the utilization rate is relatively low.
