摘　　要：研究日新制钢的经营实践，是了解世界钢铁企业经营和发展现状的一个重要组成部分。主要介绍了日新制钢的业务结构、主要产品及生产设备、海外业务扩张情况、2012财年生产经营业绩和24号中期经营计划，总结了日新制钢在管理、技术、海外业务等方面的经营特色。The research of business practice for Nisshin Steel, is an important part of knowing the operation and development situation of the world steel enterprises. The paper mainly introduces the business structure, main products and production equipments, overseas business expansion, fiscal 2012 production and operation performance and No.24 medium-term business plan of Nisshin Steel. Then it summarizes management features in the aspects of management, technology, overseas business.
