鼠神经生长因子联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗脑出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子注射液联合奥拉西坦注射液对脑出血(ICH)患者的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的60例ICH患者,随机分为2组:对照组30例给予奥拉西坦注射液治疗14 d,实验组30例给予鼠神经生长因子注射液联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗14 d。观察治疗前后2组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分差值、肢体肌力分级差值。结果:实验组治疗14 d后NIHSS评分差值、肢体肌力分级差值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子注射液联合奥拉西坦注射液对ICH患者的疗效显著,可以有效改善ICH患者的NIHSS评分、肢体肌力分级,疗效优于单用奥拉西坦注射液。Objective： To discuss the effect of mouse nerve growth factor injection combined with oxiracetam injection in treatment of patients with intraeerebral hemorrhage （ICH）. Methods： Sixty patients with ICH were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group （30 cases for each group）. Patients in control group were given oxiracetam injection for 14 days, while experimental group were given nerve growth factor injection combined oxiracetam injection for 14 days. The United States of America NIH Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and limb muscle strength grade difference were evaluated before and after treatment. Results ： The total score of N1HSS, limb muscle strength grade improvement of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment for 14 days （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Mouse nerve growth factor injection combined with oxiracetam injection shows a significant effect on patients with ICH, which may effectively improved the NIHSS score, limb muscle strength grade of stroke patients, and its therapeutic effect is superior to oxiraeetam injection alone.
