摘  要:利用专用气缸套-活塞环零件级摩擦磨损试验机,研究了镀铬、氮化气缸套与喷钼、CrN、CKS活塞环配副的摩擦、磨损及抗拉缸性能,得出了各配副在试验工况下的匹配特性。结果表明:镀铬气缸套对润滑条件比较敏感,在润滑不良时易发生拉缸现象;氮化气缸套与CrN活塞环配副摩擦磨损特性优良。Friction , wear and anti-scuffing performance of chromeplating and nitriding cylinder liner and molybdenum-sprayed ,CrN-plated and ceramics compound chrome-plated piston ring pair for diesel engine were researched by a reciprocating tribo-tester and the matching characteristics of matched pair under the testing conditions were acquired .The results show that the chromeplating cylinder liner is easily scuffed in poor lubricating condition and the friction and wear characteristics of nitri-ding cylinder liner and CrN-plated ring pair are excellent .
