摘　　要：利用信息化对高校档案进行管理,对于提高档案的安全性和专业性,降低档案在管理过程中的风险,实现档案信息的快速应用和共享具有重要意义。本文主要叙述了信息化对档案管理的重要性,分析了目前西部高校档案管理工作存在的主要问题,并结合高校档案管理实际,提出了具体的解决对策。以确保高校档案管理工作能够得到有效开展,并取得积极成效。It has great significance of improving the security and professional of archives,reducing the risk in managing process and implementing the rapid application and sharing of archive information. Importance in informationizing archives management work was described,the main problems existing in archives management work in present western universities were analyzed and concrete solution was put forward by combining with practical archives management work,which guaranteed the effective development of archives management work and positive achievements were acquired.
