摘　　要：肾藏精,精生髓,髓充脑、养骨、生血,"肾、精、髓"物质与功能共同构成了中医"肾髓系统",其中"肾为本,精为要,髓为枢",肾中精气盛衰决定髓的盈亏,是脑为髓海、肾主骨、精化血的生理和病理基础;同时,中医现代研究发现干细胞与肾精关系密切,体现了"肾髓系统"的物质和功能特点。According to TCM theory,the kidney stores the essence,and the essence produces the marrow,which fills brain,nourishes bone,and generates blood.The kidney,the essence and the marrow together constitute‘the kidney-marrow system,among which the kid-ney is root,the essence is key,and the marrow is pivot.Prosperity or decline of the kidney essence determines profit or loss of the mar-row,and its the physiological and pathological basis of brain being sea of marrow,kidney governing bone,and essence transforming into blood.Simultaneously,stem cells and the kidney essence are proved to correlate closely in modern TCM study,embodying the substance and function characteristics of“the kidney-marrow system”.
