高职院校学生焦虑状况及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解高职生焦虑状况,为高职院校开展相应健康教育提供参考。方法采用方便整群抽样的方法抽取安徽两所高职院校共3809名高职生进行问卷调查。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估高职生焦虑状况。结果高职生焦虑情绪的总检出率为17.3%,男生的检出率为19.7%,女生为16.1%,男生高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。是否为独生子女、城乡学生焦虑情绪的检出率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年级、不同性格、不同脾气、是否偏食、不同社会支持(密切朋友数)的焦虑情绪检出率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析发现高年级是焦虑的危险因素。结论高职生中普遍存在焦虑状况,学校相关部门应加强对学生的心理健康教育工作,注重对学生的心理健康辅导。Objective：To learn the prevalence of the anxiety among the vocational college students,explore the related factors of them,and carry out appropriate mental health education for higher vocational colleges to provide a scientific ba-sis. Methods：We conducted the survey by cluster sampling on 3809 vocational college students（freshman and sophomore） from Anhui by questionnaire. Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）was used to explore prevalence of the anxiety among the vo-cational college students. Results：Total check rate of anxiety among vocational college students was 17. 3% ,anxiety detec-tion rates of boys and girls were 19. 7% and 16. 1% . The detectable rate showed no difference between the single child and child with sibling,and no difference was found between the urban and the rural（P 〈 0. 05）. There was significant difference in different grades,different personalities,different tempers,different dietary habits（one-sided diet or not）, different friend support（the number of close friends）,the detection rates of anxiety（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Logistic regression analy-sis showed that the higher grade was the risk factors of anxiety（OR〉1）. Conclusion：Anxiety is prevalent among the voca-tional college students and vocational educators should be strengthen students＇ mental health education,focusing on mental health counseling for students in a timely manner to divert the student＇s bad mood.
