摘 要:目的 调查首都医科大学2009级公共事业管理专业国防生入学时及大学前三个学年的基本状况,并与非国防生进行比较分析,为制定医学院校国防生教育管理策略提供科学依据.方法 在入学时对2009级39名公共事业管理专业本科生(含18名国防生)开展问卷调查,调查学生基本情况及思想状况,并进行比较分析,同时比较分析了入学3年后的学习及思想状况.结果 国防生与非国防生在入学初期的思想状况没有明显区别,国防生的高考平均成绩低于非国防生,但是经过3年的学习生活,国防生的学习成绩高于非国防生,而且思想上积极向上.结论 医学院校国防生教育管理已经形成较为完善的模式,建议加强国防生的军事素质和思想政治教育,建立奖惩分明的竞争机制和激励机制.Objective To provide scientific facts for making strategy of education and management for notional defense students. Methods A questionnaire survey on basic situation and state of mind was conducted among 39 students grade 2009, including 18 national defense students, of public health management program in the Capital Medical University. The authors also made a comparative analysis after their three years study. Results There is no difference on state of mind in the beginning between national defense students and non-national defense students, average college entrance examination scores is lower than that of no national defense students. However, after three years study, the average score of the former is higher than that of the later, and they have positive thinking. Conclusions A basic educational management model for national defense students of medical university has been formed. The authors suggest that the military quality, ideological and political education of national defense students should be strengthened, and a clear competition and encouraging mechanism should be established.
