摘 要:目的 探索提高医学生人文素养的社区实践教学模式.方法 选择2009年~ 2012年参加医学社区实践的上海中医药大学2004级~ 2007级七年制中医学专业(临床方向)254名学生进行社区实践教学效果自评调查.结果 96.1%的学生认为,社区实践有助于加深对“五星级医生”的认识;97.6%的学生认为,社区实践有助于增进师生互动和医患互动;99.6%的学生认为,社区实践有助于懂得尊重医护人员、调查对象和患者;98.4%的学生认为,社区实践有助于坚定学好中医学的专业思想.结论 社区实践是医学生融汇知识、增长技能、增强使命感的重要教学环节,更是医学生懂得尊重、理解、包容、关怀、感恩、奉献、敬畏生命和提高心智的有效途径.Objective Explore a new training model of community practice learning to enhance medical students' humanistic quality. Methods Research on 254 students joined in the practice during 2009 ~2012 about their humanistic quality. Results 96.1% students consider that the practice helps to deepen the understanding of "Five-star Doctor" ; 97. 6% students consider that the practice helps to promote teacher-student interactions and doctor-patient interactions; 99.6% students consider that the practice is helpful for them to learn how to respect medical staff, respondents and patients ; 98.4% students consider that practice helps them to confirm their determination of learning Chinese medicine. Conclusions Community medical practice is not only an important part for students to integrate knowledge, improve their skills, enhance the sense of mission and learn to innovate, but also an effective way for students to learn to respect, understand, have a generous heart, devote and treasure lives.
