摘　　要：介绍了一套班产10t禽骨肉糜的生产流水线。着重介绍了流水线中主要设备工作原理、性能参数、功能实现方式、技术特点等。阐述了该套生产线的应用对国民经济相关领域发展、行业进步等方面的积极作用。This paper introduces a set of 10 tons of shift output mince production line .The paper intro-duces the principle of the equipment and its performance parameters , function and technical characteristics . The paper elaborates the positive role of the application of the production line in the development of the related fields in the national economy and the industry progress .
