摄泪明目汤联合睛明穴按摩治疗老年功能性泪溢的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察摄泪明目汤联合睛明穴按摩治疗老年功能性泪溢的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年3月至2012年10月门诊就诊的老年功能性泪溢的患者88例(137眼),随机分成中药治疗组与中药联合睛明穴按摩组,治疗20天观察疗效。结果中药组流泪症改善总有效率75.76%;中药联合睛明穴按摩组流泪症改善总有效率89.71%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者,除流泪症状改善外,部分患者视力也有所提高,但两组视力改善比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论摄泪明目汤能有效改善老年功能性泪溢症状;联合睛明穴按摩,泪溢症状可以进一步改善。OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on senile functional epiphora. METHODS Selected 88 （137eyes）senile functional epiphora patients of outpatient department of our hospital from March 2010 to October 2012, and randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and Chinese medicine combined Jingming point massage treatment group. After twenty days of treatment the curative effects were observed. RESULTS The total cure rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was 75.76%, the Chinese medicine combined Jingming point massage treatment group was 89.71%. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. The vision of some patients were improved, but the difference between two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The therapeutic efficacy of Shelei Minginu Decoction was positive, and could improve the vision, and combination of Jingming point massage could improve the symptoms of epiphora.
